What are the classifications of excavators?

See classification of excavators:
Excavator classification 1: Common excavators are driven by internal combustion engine-driven excavators and electric-driven excavators. Among them, electric excavators are mainly used in plateau hypoxia, underground mines and other flammable and explosive places.
Excavator classification 2: According to the different walking methods, excavators can be divided into crawler excavators and wheeled excavators.
Excavator classification 3: According to the different transmission methods, excavators can be divided into hydraulic excavators and mechanical excavators. Mechanical excavators are mainly used in some large mines.
Excavator classification 4: According to the use, excavators can be divided into different categories such as general excavators, mining excavators, marine excavators, special excavators, etc
Excavator - Structure
An excavator consists of a bucket, bucket column, slewing arm, feet or support wheels and a hydraulic system. The bucket is hinged with the bucket column, and the bucket column is hinged at the end of the slewing arm. The hydraulic system controls the lifting and lowering of the slewing arm and the rotation in the horizontal plane through each special oil cylinder, the rotation of the bucket column in the vertical plane, the lifting and lowering of the feet, and changes the digging, lifting and unloading state of the bucket, etc., so that the bucket can excavate the earth at 3 to 4 meters above and below the ground, and unload the soil to the designated part.
