Common excavator structures include: power devices, working devices, rotary mechanisms, control mechanisms, transmission mechanisms, walking mechanisms, and auxiliary facilities.
1. Walking device
The traveling device, namely the chassis, includes a crawler frame and a traveling system, mainly composed of a crawler frame, a traveling motor+reducer and its pipelines, drive wheels, guide wheels, carrier rollers, rollers, crawlers, and tension and buffer devices.
2. Working device
The working device is the main component of hydraulic excavators. Currently, SY series excavators are equipped with a backhoe working device, which consists of a boom, a stick, a bucket, a rocker, a connecting rod, and a hydraulic pipeline for the working device including a boom cylinder, a stick cylinder, and a bucket cylinder.
